Registration & Filing

• If income arises from salary only, it may not need to register as tax payer and filing return.

Filing of return

• Income received from leasing land, building and apartment(within three months after income year)

• Capital gains from selling of assets (within 30 days starting from the date of the sale)

• For buying and constructing vessels, motor vehicles, buildings, real estates and taking shares, file with the return form of patakha (wanga)- 1 while buying and constructing. (Forms can be downloaded in form & publication link.)
