• If receives income from leasing land, building and apartment(Income tax & Commercial tax)

• If receives capital gains by selling of one or more assets(Income Tax )

• If unable to show the source of income for buying and constructing vessels, motor vehicles, buildings, real estates and taking shares(Income Tax)

• must be paid respectively
